PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: In today's highly competitive world, organizations are turning to performance based management.  An ever-increasing number of companies are seeking ways to improve performance. This two-day or 16-hour program is designed to teach executives, managers and supervisors how to improve individual and organizational performance.  Participants will learn to improve their methods and techniques for increasing individual and group effectiveness and problem solving skills.

HOW TO EXCEL AS A SUPERVISOR: This powerful and comprehensive training program will teach your supervisors techniques that will make them more effective, efficient and productive.  In this full day course they will learn procedures and techniques they can apply to everyday work situations.  They will be able to more effectively manage the performance of their employees and work groups, communicate more effectively, solve people problems and develop plans and set goals for organizational success.  They will gain the respect and confidence of their boss, peers and employees.

MANAGEMENT SKILLS TRAINING (MST): Solves your management and supervisory training needs. Six informative and practical one-day sessions (or 12 half-day session) are offered to teach effective management techniques to your managers and supervisors.  Participants will learn state-of-the-art supervisory and management techniques in a participative setting.

REMAINING UNION FREE: When managers and employees work together in a spirit of mutual trust and respect, there is no need for intervention by outside third parties such as labor unions.  This course will teach your managers and supervisors those management practices and techniques that foster good employee relations. It will familiarize them with the laws related to unions and union organizing campaigns.

This powerful and comprehensive training program will teach your supervisors techniques that will make them more effective, efficient and productive.  In this 8-hour course they will learn procedures and techniques they can apply to everyday work situations. In doing so, they will gain the respect and confidence of their boss, peers and employees.
